Terms of Business

Orders are accepted by fax or on-line (with our secure server).

Our terms of sale are strictly conforms with the usages of the Ancien and Modern Bookselling and with the rules of the international Ligue of Ancien Bookselling. Prices are strictly net in Belgian Franks, not inclusive of postage costs. All customers are urgently requested to mention their VAT number on all order forms, written orders and fax-orders.

All items are guaranteed as described. Any claim to be valid must be send by letter or by fax within eight days from of the receipt of the items.

Items ordered are dispatched by registered mail, or by public carrier (air or rail). The items travel at buyer's risks and costs wich are listed in the invoice.

Overseas orders : you are kindly invited to specify wether international courrier, surface or airmail is requested.
