s.l., 1886, in-4 (33.5 x 21 cm 13.2 x 8.3 inches), 50 ff., contemporary full red chagrin (some little wears on spine-ends, on the beginning of joints and on corners), spine raised on 5 bands,underlined by gilt fillets, 6 compartments decorated with gilt fleurons, around sides double framing of gilt fillets and rolls with gilt fleurons on corners, in centre of first side crowned coat of arms with a mosaic of leather, in center of the second side large gilt fleuron, first side gilt lettered, rolls on leadings edges and on turn-ins, gilt edges.
This manuscript contains the Speech made by L. Penani, secretary, in the Gothic room of Town Hall of Brussels on January 31, 1886 in honor of the President of the Company " La Fraternelle Belge" , Mr J. Galesloot. The handwritten speech is followed by a list of the members subscribers. free-ends paper soiled.
