Veugen " at Mister Baron de Surlet, born Count of Liedekercken, Lord of Velroux, Fountain-Custine, Odeur, Grand Maïeur of the Town of Maastricht now in Lexhij." This letter autograph speak about a conflict with the burgomaster of Liege, Mathias-Guillaume de Louvrex.
