First edition of this treatise of the French doctor in medicine Alexandre-Jacques-François Brierre de Boismont (Rouen 1797 - 1881). He was sent to Poland in 1831 by the National Committee, provided with the Instructions of the Academy of Science and responsible for a medical department in Warsaw.
