This history of ballooning, was published in 1876 by F. Roy, with illustrations by Albert Tissandier and a preface by F. Nadar. Enriched by a portrait frontispiece of Nadar, by title device and tail piece representing a balloon and more than 80 pictures of balloon, scientists or pilot in flight and early designs for man powered flying machines. Foxings as always. Otherwise nice copy.
