This newspaper which appeared of 1773 to 1794 (2 times a month, the 1 and the 15) under the supervision of Feller was the continuation of the " Clef du cabinet des princes d' Europe " whose publication had being stopped. It had a rather great vogue well ' that it is not written with much impartiality". Little lacks of paper on the blank margins of nine leaves with loss of some letters on 2 leaves of October,1. Cf.
