This newspaper which appeared of 1773 to 1794 (2 times a month, the 1 and the 15) under the supervision of Feller was the continuation of the " Clef du cabinet des princes d' Europe " whose publication had being stopped. It had a rather great vogue well " that it is not written with much impartiality". Some stains and little lacks of paper on the blank margins of six leaves without loss of text Cf. Hatin, p. 56.
